HS Basecoat requires 2 reducers to achieve 3.5 VOC and excellent sprayability. Cross/FIRE® 3.5 VOC HS Basecoat delivers outstanding dry times, metallic orientation and ease of application. HS Basecoat intermixes will use a prefix of ?C3?.
